10. Chargebacks & Advertiser Reversals
If an advertiser or offerwall partner reverses, declines, or cancels a completed conversion, the corresponding reward may be removed from your account balance, including pending rewards where applicable.
11. Inactive or Suspended Accounts
Users with suspended, restricted, or permanently banned accounts are not eligible to receive withdrawals until any compliance or security review has been completed.
12. Taxes
Users are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations that may apply to rewards or payments received through MetReward under the laws of their country or region.
